This interview with John Moreland, owner of the Irish Yeast Company by Dr. Máirtin Mac Con Iomaire and Mary Kavanagh MA. Ed. follows his life story from his boyhood growing up in the centre of Dublin above the Irish Yeast Company shop on College Street, his education, and his life working in the business. It discusses his clients and how the bakery industry has changed over time.
