Abstract

Following initial discussions with the Chief Executive Officer, City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee, the Principal, College of Technology Kevin Street, and Course Directors, College of Technology, we have prepared the following proposal to stimulate discussion and lead us to prepare a broad development strategy within which detailed planning can proceed and the objectives of the Vocational Education Committee implemented. These notes should be read in conjunction with Drawings entitled Development Proposals Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 .
