This was the Conference Dinner for the Dublin Gastronomy Symposium held at the Kings Inns, Henrietta Street, Dublin 1. Wines were provided from Mitchell's Cellar and were Domaine de Pellenhaut, Hamoine de Gascogne, 2013 and Chateaux Moulin de Mallet Bordeaux 2011.
