This article is based on an inteview with Robert Carrier who was in Dublin promoting his new cookbook "the Robert Carrier Cookbook" in March, 1966. There is a photograph of Robert Carrier sampling food in the kitchen of the Russell Hotel with Jackie Needham, the hotel chef.
