Abstract
This clipping describes the price made for the first salmon of the year from the river Liffey. The fish was subsequently purchased by the Russel Hotel. The attached photograph shows Jacie Needem as Head Chef of the Russell Hotel and Assistant Manager Oliver McMahon with the 10lb. salmon.
