Rachel Hill is Manager of DORAS - the Institutional Repository (IR) at Dublin City University, and has been working in this role for the last two years. She is heavily involved in the IReL-Open initiative - a 3 year Irish Universities Association project that is establishing IRs in Irish universities and a national portal that will provide open access to Irish research publications.
