The School of Mechanical and Transport Engineering encompasses a very broad range of activities that includes the training of automotive and aviation apprentices, degree programmes, EASA 66 and EASA 147 training for the aviation industry, customised courses over a broad range of activities and a range of part-time and evening courses and options.
Staff members of the School are engaged in consultancy and industry-sponsored projects and research. Graduate students are working on research projects for MPhil and PhD degrees.
