A book of 250 recipes produced by the makers of Borwick's baking powder to promote and advertise their product. There is an introduction by Elizabeth Craig and the phamplet includes tables of weights and measures and a time table for baking.

There is a hand written letter addresed to Borwick's from Elizabeth Craig which reads,

Dear Sirs, I've much pleasure in recommending your Baking Powder which I've used since I started to bake when twelve years old. I know all my readers are going to like it too. Elizabeth Craig.

There is an advertisement for Borwick's cake making competions.
